Ingestion failures for AnonymousId/userId in event

Resolved

The latest server release required the event to have anonymousId/userId of string type. This led to gateway rejecting events with non-string type fields mentioned above.
Events of above category were not ingested by RudderStack and therefore not sent to downstream cloud mode destinations from 8:30AM TO 2:30PM UTC for all enterprise customers.
