Between 9:15 AM and 10:37 AM UTC on December 14th, customers on all tiers using Java Script as source with connection to Bing Ads experienced downtime on track events. The engineering team identified and resolved the issue. The issue was specific to Java Script SDK version 2.46.0 and has been fixed. Customers using the affected Java Script SDK version may have experienced missing or incomplete data for track events during the downtime window.
